Investment process

A two-tier system: the Management Board runs SSH and the Supervisory Board oversees it. The Government acts as the General Meeting. Each year SSH adopts an Annual Asset Management Plan with targets per company. S2 S4

CommitteeRole
Supervisory BoardOversees the Management Board and appoints its members S2
Management BoardRuns SSH and implements the annual plan S2
  1. The State Assets Management Strategy classes each holding as strategic, important or portfolio. S4
  2. The annual plan sets ROE, dividend and productivity targets per company and pillar. S4
  3. SSH votes as shareholder, approves or consents to company strategic and business plans. S4
  4. Any sale follows a transparent, competitive process under takeover rules. S4
  5. Results and dividends are reported each May and to the National Assembly. S5 S4

How to approach: No investment application route; SSH publishes its asset management policy and governance code. Sales of state stakes are run as public processes. S10
